To protect the sign-up and login forms against automated and abusive use, we use the Cloudflare Turnstile, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). This service processes technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, and interaction signals, solely to verify that the person submitting the form is human. However, no computer system can guarantee absolute security, so VITOSER SOLUTIONS S.L. cannot guarantee that no incidents will arise from unlawful actions by third parties.
09International data transfers
As a general rule, personal data will be processed within the European Economic Area.
If a provider involves an international data transfer, it will only take place where appropriate safeguards exist under the GDPR, such as European Commission adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other legally provided mechanisms.
The use of Cloudflare Turnstile may involve an international transfer of data to the USA. Cloudflare, Inc. participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and also offers Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, ensuring an adequate level of protection.
